Apartment 23,
News Comments Off on Logo to Air 8 ‘New’ Episodes of Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23
The B—- is back!
Logo has acquired the eight unaired episodes of ABC’s late, underrated comedy Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23, and will air them Saturdays at 10/9c beginning July 19.
Leading into the first of those eight eps, the cable net will air a 16-episode B—- marathon from 1 pm-10 pm.
ABC axed the Krysten Ritter sitcom last year midway through its second season. The network eventually made the eight never-before-seen half-hours available online at ABC.com.

News Comments Off on Dreama Walker Cast in Amazon Pilot “Cocked”
Dreama has been cast in a new Amazon pilot called Cocked. This is exciting news. Congratulations, Dreama!
Don’t Trust the B—- alumna Dreama Walker is set to-co-star opposite Sam Trammell in Amazon Studios’ dramedy pilot Cocked. Written by Samuel Baum and Sam Shaw, Cocked centers on Richard Paxson (Trammell), a Washington D.C. management consultant who’s estranged from his father Wade and brother but is pulled back in to the fray of his family’s gun manufacturing company after a corporate rival, run by their uncle, moves to take them over. Walker will play Wade’s illegitimate daughter Tabby, who now works in marketing for the Paxson Firearms company and butts heads with Richard.

A few days ago Quadratic Media released the official trailer for The Discoverers which you can watch below. The movie will “open theatrically May 16 in New York City at the Village Cinemas East, May 30 at the ArcLight Hollywood in Los Angeles” so if you live in either of those two cities be sure to go see it because it will influence if the film will be released more broadly across the US.
Washed-up history professor Lewis Birch (Oscar and Emmy nominated Griffin Dunne) takes his begrudging teenagers — Zoe (Madeleine Martin, “Californication”) and Jack (Devon Graye, “American Horror Stories”) — on a road trip to a conference in hopes of jumpstarting his career and reconnecting with his kids. But, when Lewis’s estranged father Stanley (Emmy Award-winning Stuart Margolin) goes missing on a Lewis and Clark historical reenactment trek, Lewis is forced to make a family detour. The Birch family find themselves on a journey of discovery and connection as they make their own passage west.
THE DISCOVERERS is a charming bittersweet comedy and moving debut feature from writer/director Justin Schwarz, led by Dunne’s striking comeback performance. This heartfelt tale of family dysfunction and rediscovery features a talented ensemble cast including Emmy-nominee Cara Buono (“Mad Men”), David Rasche, (IN THE LOOP), Dreama Walker (“Don’t Trust the B in Apt 23”), NBR-winner Ann Dowd (COMPLIANCE), Becky Ann Baker (“Girls”), Scott Adsit (“30 Rock”), and John C. McGinley (“Scrubs”).
Almost 30 HD screencaptures of Dreama in the movie Date And Switch have been added to the gallery. Her role seems to have been cut down in the editing process but hopefully we will get deleted scenes when the movie comes out on DVD next month. You can watch the film on VOD where it has been out for over a month.

Lifetime has released a few clips from The Grim Sleeper on YouTube which you are able to watch below. I hope you all caught the premiere last night but if not Lifetime will air the movie again at 7PM and 11PM today!

Grim Sleeper Comments Off on The Grim Sleeper Review
I particularly enjoyed this Lifetime murder mystery more than most for many reasons. The lead actors all performed remarkably well, especially the star of the film, Dreama Walker. Her portrayal as the feisty and amusing LA reporter was not only fun to watch, but touching as well. There was much more to her character besides getting a career changing front page story. She cared about the victims, and realized they all had someone that loved them. It was interesting to see a reporter care from the start, instead of halfway through their investigation where they “grow a heart.”
